I can't believe my newborn is now 3 months old. I was asked a few times today how old he was and it was strange hearing myself say 3 months old! The first month went by so slow but from 2-3 went by SUPER FAST. I am so thankful that I was able to return to work and that things are looking up for us. We are hoping to be in our home in Feb, so that is encouraging too. Life is so precious. I'm very tired these days and I feel like I have very little in my control. But I'm happy- very happy. I try everyday to Thank God for my children and my life. I try to be positive because I know in a flash it could all be gone.
We spent our first day here out and about. Chris had to be fitted for his tux for the wedding he will be in and so we just spent the day out. First we hit up a thrift store well actually a "re-sale" shop- so that means its a thrift store with high prices! I did find me a bag and Eli some Robeez Tredz and Chloe some purple crocs, all for $18. Not a yard sale bargain, but still a good deal. Then we went for the tux then out for lunch at a place called Fat Willies- lol- it was good I had a spinach wrap with Ham. Good stuff. Then to the Mall, Hobby Lobby and home. Chris is at his nieces soccer game, but it was to cold for me to drag the kids out to sit on bleachers- burr.
Not sure what we will do on Friday. I want to take Chris to the New Wamart! It's so nice, I don't even like Walmart, so for me to say I want to go there is a BIG DEAL! LOL.
We are also planning a trip to see Granny Cook in Florida- so that should be fun. Our 11 days off will go by too fast. Then it will be CHRISTMAS and then New Years is around the bend.
More post to come- I've got to check on the kids!
