If they are not talking to you then I would go ahead and ask for it back. I have had to do that before. I sent the seller an email and said look, you got your money quick and I either want to know the ship date of my item, which should be this week or I want my money back. Because they would be fussing at you if you had not paid....
Do it quick...you only have a certain amount of time. If ebay/paypal steps in the seller usually takes notice and apologizes for whatever the holdup was or they refund the money quicker.
